Qatar Airways QVerse 2021–2024

Qatar Airways’ step into the future began in 2021 when they launched QVerse, an immersive online 360° and VR experience that’s more than just a stunning preview of their award-winning products.

QVerse is constantly expanding its features, allowing customers to not only “try before they fly,” but to discover the lowest fares for 160+ destinations, book add-ons for their journey, and unlock hidden benefits. With new AI-powered assistance via a digital human cabin crew added in 2024, QVerse continues to innovate and bring added value to customers looking to book with Qatar Airways.

As the flagship product of the Digital Brand team at Qatar Airways, I’ve touched every part of the QVerse experience. My work for this unique project has involved discovering and evaluating user journeys, art direction and asset library design, directing and designing social media campaigns, and project management. QVerse’s continual iteration has meant keeping a pulse on trends in emerging online technologies and creating a design system flexible enough to both accommodate those technologies and call back to the Qatar Airways parent brand.

In addition to producing UX & UI for Qverse, I was also responsible for concepting and delivering cross-channel marketing campaigns that drove engagement and sales.

Campaign assets ranged from social media, display banners, articles, and out-of-home. Through targeted campaigns, QVerse was able to produce up to 400% ROI, attributed through ticket sales and existing flight add-ons.
